B. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items:

• Require 1–10 days processing time before shipping

• Are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival

• May require clarifications or additional approval steps
   

We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that are inappropriate or technically unfeasible.

All prices on the Site are listed and charged in USD.
 

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.
 

By placing an order, you confirm that:

Fraudulent transactions may be refused, canceled, or reported.

Once you place an order:

1. You receive an immediate automatic confirmation email.

2. Once the order is processed and shipped, you receive a shipping notification.

If canceled, you will be notified and refunded.

We ship worldwide using top global shipping providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc., depending on destination).

• 1–10 business days, depending on customization

• Non-custom items typically ship faster
   

B. Delivery Time

Varies by region and carrier. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
 

C. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the customer's responsibility, unless stated otherwise.
 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund or replacement.
  Please include photos of the issue when contacting us.

B. Non-Damaged Items

You may return non-damaged, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
They must be:

• Unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging
   

Partial Refund:
Returned non-damaged items qualify for a 75% refund of the product price.
(25% is retained for handling, restocking, and quality check costs.)
 

C. Custom/Personalized Items

Custom items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.
 

D. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.
