Damaged or Defective Items (Fully Refundable)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us.

  • You will receive either a full refund or a replacement (your choice).

  • Please provide photos of the issue so we can assist quickly.

Non-Damaged Returns

If you change your mind about an item:

  • You may return non-damaged, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging
       

Refund Amount

Eligible non-damaged returns receive a 75% refund of the product price.
The retained 25% covers handling, restocking, and quality inspection.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable, unless:

  • They arrive damaged,

  • Or there is an error caused by us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item is damaged

  • Or incorrect due to our fault
     

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is verified.
Processing time may vary depending on Stripe and your bank.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
